Erica Gittings

Wisconsin Divorce Solutions was founded by Attorney Erica Gittings in 2021 after she worked for more than a decade as a top litigator for one of the nation’s largest family law firms. Erica started WDS due to her concerns about the animosity, stress, and staggering costs that accompany divorce litigation. In 2020, Erica was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Despite this, she wanted to help as many families as she could by providing mediation services and founded WDS. When Erica's health took a turn in 2024 she transferred WDS to me, Anne Scipior, her longtime friend and former colleague. Erica lost her battle with cancer on December 16, 2024. I am so proud that Erica entrusted her business to me and am thrilled to continue Erica's mission.

 

I am a 2010 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Michigan. In addition to running WDS and serving as the lead mediator, I am partner at Schuster Family Law, LLC.  One of my greatest skills is my ability to see different perspectives and work creatively and efficiently to find mutually agreeable solutions. My calm and logical demeanor have helped hundreds of individuals going through a separation or divorce. I have extensive experience in financial matters and child-related disputes. ​

Anne resides in Madison with her husband, seven-year-old son and golden retriever.
